Invisible Worlds
The white horse The windmill in the woods.
A few weeks ago a few of us joined a walk around the Edge to test the new Invisible worlds App, which worked very well and we enjoyed using. The App is an augumentive trail, which you listen to stories and music from the Edge as you walk. Several images pop up on the phone to illustrate the story. The team are hoping to apply for additional funding and create a new walk from Alderley station towards the Eagle & Child, and Alderley Park.. They would like our help to identify a few places in the village, eg The De Trafford Inn, which had one of the main entrances to the mines. If you have any thoughts about stories or places that would be of interest and reflect Alderley please let us know. Thank you.
